Simultaneous Issue of Owner's and
Mortgagee's Policies |
| When an Owner's and a Mortgagee's policy covering identical land are issued simultaneously, the charge for the larger policy shall be calculated at the charge for an Owner's policy. The charge for the simultaneous issue is $30.00 on a Standard Policy (or) $35.00 if an Eagle Policy. |
